Not sure which is earlier…

1) Playing on the playground near my Grandparents’ house in Sunnyvale, Ca on a large play structure made out of logs in a teepee shape with a slide at one end. . Felt about 50 ft high…in reality, prbably only about 10 ft at the most.

2) Waking up in the middle of the night at my Grandparents’ house wondering what was going on. My parents had dropped me off there late at night and left. They went to the hospital. This was either the night my brother Lucas was born (premature) and didn’t make it, or the night my brother Josh was born…and life as I knew it was never the same. :-)
